Our Core Competence. This is where we are at home. Here we show all the features which display the high level of competence well-known customers request from us. Every step is systematized and verifiable. The final result is the efficient interaction of all factors in digital command form. It is worthwhile looking at it.
PLC (programmable logic controller)
The flagship of automation control is our most programmed computer in the process. Its major advantage is to cope with all aspects that occur. On one hand there are the highly complex functions which we have to program as elegantly as possible and on the other hand there is the legitimate aspiration that our program is understood by your technical staff.
Therefore we take advantage of the full range of system functions in order to cope with all possible requirements.
- Siemens SIMATIC (Step 7, TIA-Portal)
- Siemens SIMOTION (Scout)
- Rockwell/ Allen- Bradley (RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000)
SCADA- systems (Supervision, Control and Data Acquisition)
We know these systems inside out, especially with Siemens systems. With these systems we are often able to settle a problem for which normally a process control system would be used. When programming plant control concepts, we use specifically developed standards. Often we have to deal with expanding and modernizing already existing facilities. In this case we also use existing operating concepts and develop them even further.
- Siemens WinCC
- Siemens WinCC flexible
- Siemens TIA- Poral
- Wonderware in Touch
- Wonderware ArchestrA
- Intellution, IFIX
PCS (process control systems)
Yes, we can. We are often asked about our know-how and experience concerning PCS. Our employees / colleagues specialized in this control type often answer with this famous quote. Particularly in recipe-controlled processes we use this solution regularly, so there is nothing wrong in saying that Liqmatic is highly competent in PCS. We use the following types:
- Siemens PCS7
- Honeywell Experion PKS
- Yokogawa Centum CS3000
High-level languages/ data bases
Some people might wonder if Bavarians are familiar with high-level languages. We say no, especially if we have to deal with functions requested by our customers which cannot be put in practice with a SCADA- system or PCS. Mainly this is done while reprocessing process and production data, and often in connection with the linkage of process control systems to a higher-level IT system.
